Tom on Board
Hi, I’m Tom Beard. You may remember me from such blogs as WellUrban and The Wellingtonista.
I’ve just joined Projectx, and I’ll be starting full time on the 19th of March. I’ve been a fan of ZoomIn since I first wrote about it back in 2005, so it’s great to be a part of the team.
To start with, I’ll be Projectx’s new resident GIS specialist, but in my career I’ve also worked as a web designer, project manager, JavaScript developer, data visualiser, business analyst and data modeller, so in time I hope to put most of my skills to work. My blogging experience should also come in handy, and once I’m fully on board you’ll see more posts from me here on the Projectx blog.
