1. Content servers who shed some of the costs of hosting and don&#039;t get punished by success crashing their servers
2. Content producers who, unlike the major incumbents, can&#039;t afford to spend half their budget on promotion
3. Connection and transit providers who provide a motive for their customers to connect (odd that this same group, who is allegedly the only beneficiary, is one of the chorus whining about P2P and its impact.)</description>
